Sensex, Nifty among world's worst performers
This year has seen the bad performance from Indian equities market. Indices Nifty and Sensex are among the worst performers in the global markets since January 2008.
IT recession plagues IITians
The slowdown in the IT industry has hit the IITs equally hard. While hiring by TCS, Wipro and Infosys substantially dropped, firms like IBM, HCL, Hughes Software and CSC just opted out of placements this year.
